Order & Print Agreement
This agreement governs every order at Waraq Print. Your acceptance is stored with your order number.

1. Acceptance
By clicking “I accept” or paying, you accept this agreement; your acceptance is stored with the order number.
2. Files and content
You are responsible for text, spelling, numbers, sizes and quantities, and for rights to logos and images. Specs: PDF or AI, 300 dpi, CMYK, 3 mm bleed.
3. Proof
Production starts only after you approve the proof, and approval is final. Two free revisions. Orders pause after 14 days without a reply.
4. Production times
Times start from the latest of: proof approval, full payment, and a valid file. Stickers and paper print 3–5 business days; signs 10–20; letters 10–21; fences and wraps 7–15. Add 3–5 days in peak seasons.
5. Accepted variance
Slight color differences between screen and print and between materials, up to 1 mm cut tolerance on stickers, and up to 1% size tolerance on large print.
6. Cancellations and returns
Custom products cannot be cancelled or returned after proof approval and production start, unless defective or not matching the proof. If we got it wrong, we reprint or refund. Report visible defects within 3 days with photos.
7. Survey and installation
Permits and owner approval are the customer’s responsibility. A return visit is charged if the site is not ready. We are not liable for weak surfaces or existing paint condition.
8. Credit, points and wheel
Promo credit has no cash value, covers 10% of an order up to SAR 15, and cannot be combined with a coupon. The wheel is free with no purchase, one spin a day. One welcome credit per person, number and device. Credit gained by abuse is cancelled.
9. Liability
Our maximum liability is the order value. We are not liable for indirect loss or force majeure. Order well before your event.
10. Privacy and law
We protect your data under the Personal Data Protection Law, and this agreement is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
